He has gained professional experience in renowned hotels and restaurants in Poland and Scotland. He has been a chef in such hotels as Andel’s, Swing and Śmiłowice Palace. While working abroad he was strengthened in his conviction that it is Polish cuisine that is the best.
He specializes in modern Polish cuisine and his showpiece dish is fish, which he serves in a variety of ways. As a chef he successfully manages a dozen-person team which is able to prepare not only gala dinners for a few hundred guests, but also beer feasts or other special events. Although as the Restaurant Chef he does not have much free time, he spends every free second with his family - his wife Dominika and their son Ignacy.
