Tramwajowa restaurant – this is the name given to the smallest part of the Stara Zajezdnia Krakow by DeSilva complex. Tramwajowa restaurant consists of 3 different rooms, in which, depending on the configuration, up to 200 people can sit at one time. Tramwajowa Restaurant is an ideal place for christenings, communions, wedding receptions for up to 100 people, conferences and business meetings. All rooms are air-conditioned and have underfloor heating.
The beer in Stara Zajezdnia Krakow by DeSilva is brewed on the basis of old, proven recipes dating back to the beginnings of lower fermentation beer production in Pilsen. The production is handmade under the supervision of the Chief Brewer – Mirosław Robak. The whole production process is slow and natural to get the maximum of vitamins, mineral salts, micronutrients and, above all, sugar. After adding selected yeast cultures and slow fermentation to the batch, long aging and calm clarification of the beer takes place. The beer of Stara Zajezdnia Krakow by DeSilva is always unpasteurized and unfiltered. Our beer was twice awarded at the Polish Brewing Congress, respectively: a bronze medal in 2017 in the light beer category (Lager) and a gold medal in 2019 in the aromatized beer category (Wheat Pear).
Our strength is events. In our long history, we have already organized over 700 events for groups of 200 to 2,000 people. The Main Hall can accommodate up to 1,200 people, which, combined with the courtyard of over 1 sq. km., gives us great opportunities to adapt the facility to the individual needs of our business partners. Throughout our history we have organized weddings for 400 people, gala dinners for 650 people, beer feasts for 1,000 people or festivals for up to 1,200 people. Our programs also included fairs, company breakfasts (up to 350 people), hackathons, music concerts, international sports and e-sports tournaments, competitions and many, many others.
